The Balls System: Your Guide to Scoring and Strategy!

Welcome to the Puck Masters League Balls System, where every action counts and the road to victory is paved with strategy and smart decisions. The Balls System is our unique scoring mechanism designed to reward or penalize players based on their performance, team management, and league activities. The more strategic you are, the more Balls you earn—leading you closer to becoming the fantasy hockey champion!

How It Works:

In the Balls System, players gain or lose points based on specific in-game and management actions. Here are some examples of how you can rack up or lose Balls during the season:

Player Performance

Goal Scored: +5 Balls

Assist: +3 Balls

Hat Trick (3 goals in a game): +15 Balls

Game-Winning Goal: +10 Balls

Shutout (for goalies): +10 Balls

Save Percentage Above 90% (for goalies): +3 Balls

Team Management

Successful Trade: +5 Balls

Waiver Pickup (successful): +3 Balls

Starting Injured Player: -5 Balls

Lineup Adjustments (before deadline): +2 Balls

Failed Trade Negotiation: -3 Balls

League Participation

Winning a Matchup: +10 Balls

Active Engagement (commenting, reviewing stats): +2 Balls per action

Dropping a Player Without Justification: -3 Balls

The goal is to maximize your Ball count by making smart decisions, taking risks when necessary, and strategically managing your team. The more Balls you accumulate, the higher you rise on the leaderboard and increase your chances of claiming victory!
